Q: How much time does it take to get bail in IPC 326 case

My friend is been arrested under false ipc326 ..N there were 2 guys also along with him ..in his report it is written he has use his hands to bit opposite person ..n for other two guys it is mentioned they use stick to bit.... when will he get bail ? It's already been 18 days ..I want to know what are the procedure ..N how many days it will take more?

In Non bailable offences it is at the discretion of the honourable court. It means nobody has liberty to decide the day and time for release of the accused person. In Bailable offences the accused person can pray for bail as a matter of right and he shall be released on bail ASAP.

Q: Can bail be cancelled for unauthorised construction on family property

Session court Mumbai is hearing a criminal matter u/s 307 can the accused start construction on the ancestral property the division of which has not taken place. Can his Bail be cancelled?

You have asked 2 questions at a time hence there is ambiguity in it.Construction on an ancestral property can be stayed in civil court by filing appropriate application.As far as bail is concerned the bail can be allowed or rejected based upon the gravity of the fact.

Q: Can divorce case be filed from the hometown of wife

My sister married for 15yrs.in this 15yrs her husband always use abusive words. For food, cloths everything he is pointing to bring from fathers house. They have 12yrs daughter.. Now she want to get divorce as he is not leaving any chance to abuse her by worst slangs and words. She is staying in nagpur now. So if we will take her back to our hometown. Is that fine to raise complaint in my hometown police station and then proceeding with divorce case?

Q: How to recover money from builder who is making no communication

I booked one flat in pre launch and paid 8.20 lakh as booking amount from Feb 2014 to june 2018 I paid this money by cash and received receipts containing rate, area, address etc.The builder told me start the work by September but he has not started yet and also not giving any dates.I told to refund but he is not giving back money.There was no agreement prepared. Only I paid amount and received receipts. so I cancelled my flat and demand full amount with intrest. Builder give me rs.8.20 lakh cheque and said I will give intrest after some days. But that cheque of rs.8.20 lakh is bounced. Builder said I will rtgs this amount in two days but he can not rtgs and not communicate with me his phone also switch off. He changed his resident house. What can I do?
