you have to make a disowned deed. in which you have to state that I have disowned such and such and such person from my property and he or she will not have any right upon any of my assets ie movable n immovable properties. this has to be register by registrar and thereafter they will publish this proclamation in any of the local news papers. this would be the process but make sure that such property should be a self acquired

Q: Accidental case under IPC 304a 337 and 279

I m facing trial under IPC section 304a. I have cleared my State public commission exam, is it going to reject my selection? pls, provide all the relevant information that how can I get into services?

you are being prosecuted for the said offense. the trial has not concluded yet, if you would be convicted then they can reject you selection and in case you are acquitted your appointment cannot be terminated or suspended. you should appoint an experience lawyer to handle your case

Q: Property dispute regarding partation of land.

I am having a joint unpartationed land (on myself and my mother's name) with my paternal uncle which is a agricultural land on papers but after my father's death in 2014 my uncle who himself is a patwari had covered the valuable portion of land forcefully and had done construction on it which also had covered some portion of our share in land also. So, my question is how could i get my full share in this land back legally ?

you should file suit for declaration,partition and for possession. and mandatory injunction. this is how you could get your right. your uncle hasn't been enjoying property from a long time so at this stage he could be restrained.

Q: Wants to know the time period for file challan and get forensic report

I m facing ipc 354c,506,509 I m on anticipatry bail since last April 2018. A lady lodge complaint against myself on the behalf of FIR my phone seized by police authority and sent to forensics lab at junga for investigation.But till now police has not received any report and not file the challan to concerned court.Sir I want to know what is the time frame to file challan and get report from forensics lab so trial get start thnks

investigation agency has to file charge sheet with in 60 (minimum)and 90 (maximum) and final report u/s 173 shall have all documents like fir, Statment of witness, case property, forensic report. if investigation agency does not file charge sheet with in stipulated time than accused will be released on bail.

Q: Want to know how much time take to final verdict

Iam living in hostel in HPU for a year and our continuation for 2019-20 session has been done in July starting for same hostel but at the end of July authority noticed students to change their hostel. This was done on the recommendation of a committee appointed by authority. We talked this matter to authority and they told that they would conduct a meeting with committee on 9Aug, but on that day they did meeting own(authority). After the meeting we opposed the meeting decision because students were not included. We stopped the committee members outsider the conference hall and told them to conduct meetings with students. Meanwhile crowds got aggressive, but no abusive language used. After the students demand authority agree to conduct the meeting with students. The final decision of authority was to change the hostel, students changed their hostel. But after a month we know that the authority filed a FIR against students under 342 143 186,188

I have gone through your query and would like to tell you that the case which has been registered against students is of bailable nature here you have two options to deal with this either you can contest the case in the trial court having jurisdiction or you can approach High Court for quashing of FIR registered against students. in my opinion I would recommend you that you should approach High Court for FIR quashing
