I want to make a legal document declaring that i am surrendering all my inheritance legal rights towards my parents. I have no objection my parents distribute their wealth to my other siblings names. I wish to make this documents so that my siblings do get trouble in near future from my succeeding generation.

You can make Release deed stating about waiver of your rights in your ancestral property and you wont claim the same in future from your parents. and thy can give your share to any one of your sibling
