Property can be owned not just by natural persons but also legal entity. There should be power to buy and sell property in its entities name. As such there is not legal impediment for registering the property in the name of LLP provided there is proper authorisation.

I am a Petitioner in a civil land issue case. Due to three continuous absent, the case disposed at 9-6-2025. When I ask my lawyer he said I will rectify the issue, it is small default. You don't worry. Now I check in the ecourts details it shows IA. -Pending-Await Notice. Order not uploaded in the concern court. Plz explain the details. Is it possible to restore the case and how along it will take. So far there is no argument case filed in 2021

My mother name registered in her property document is totally different from the Proof of identity. EB , Property tax and water tax are registered as name in the property document . And also other one EB , Property tax and water tax are registered in the name as in Proof of identity.
