I haven't received the final settlement from my company after resignation.it was already more than 45 days.

Q: I'm interested in living with my wife.But her family is disturbing

My parents bought a single house after a lot of struggle.At that time of buying, me & my wife where living seperately.My parents and my brother is now residing there. We go there for occasions and lived happily.Now for my brother marriage is going to happen.Due to this my wife and her family creating problems that how my wife will reside in rent house.I'm afraiding, that my wife & her family will create a problem on marriage day.Is there any legal option to stop them from attending the function.

My niece's husband filed a court case seeking to reconcile with her. Due to illness, she missed her hearing on Dec 20, 2026. The court status now shows the next hearing is Feb 2, 2026, for 'ex-parte evidence.' What steps should we take, will she receive another summons, and is a judgment in his favor of her husband? Can we now approach the court with the apology letter? Their religion is Hindu.

Q: Money paid but property not registered

Sir, I paid money for buying plot in installment in Chennai. After completing full payment, real estate company is not giving me the land registered and also that particular plot is sold to some other buyer.
