Q: I am looking for a lawyer to help me get a refund of Course fees

I registered for a course and paid online, requested for a course fees refund within 2 weeks. I have applied online in consumer court, it is stuck there.It is a clear case i have all the relevant proof with receipt and whatsapp communication which i had filed online some one crashed my laptop but the evidence can be gained.Can some one help me get this 25000 back, i can pay 5k to the lawyer once i receive the money back from them.Only consumer court related experts revert back

was there a amount refundable police / clause ? you can issue a notice against service provider and demand to refund your amount. If they fails to refund, you can file a consumer court case against them annexing all the proofs you've & cab pray before the court to refund 24k alongwith interest, compensation & Litigation cost.

Q: cheque bounced amount and Notice amount mentioned not same

Is there NIA 138 case is maintainable for cheque bounced for amount Rs. 5,27,850 and notice after cheque bounce with amount Rs. 5,27,650 and this notice was not received as a reason address not found. But notice before cheque bounce received with same cheque amount Rs, 5,27,850 at the same address.

Retain the postal record which shows that the notice was delivered to the address & try again to send notice on the same address correctly. you can also send legal notice on his/her WhatsApp or Email id. You can file the complaint based on previous notice which was correctly delivered & then please before the court regarding this issue.

Q: compensation for damage due to leakage from upper flat owner

Hi, need information on housing society matters, ongoing dispute among 2 flat owners. there is leakage from flat 408 to 308 which caused damaged to fall ceiling, electronic equipment like fans, tubes and color. You'll need to file suit before civil court for damages & compensation. consumer court may not entertain such matters because a complaint before the consumer forum is maintainable when there's a consumer & service provider relation.
