Q: Neighbour are stopping the construction of my house on my own land

Hi, I have recently purchased a land and now started the construction for my house but the neighbour are stopping the construction because I am from Muslim community and the are Hindu by cast what can I do legally.

they do not have any right to stop your construction if you have got the map sanctioned by the authority. you can file a suit for injunction in the court restraining the people from stopping the construction. still it is advisable that you show the papers, meet me in the Office and then we decide the future course of action.

Q: Land dispute with cousin brother that is on my fathers name

We have a land of around 1 bigha in my fathers name but it is occupied by my cousin bother he has his house on that land. Similarly we have a verbal agreement with my brother that another 1 bigha that is on his fathers(my uncle) name will be ours to which he agrees all the time, but also says that he is willing to vacate the land which he has occupied with his house and go to the land that is on his fathers name.So what can be done to prevent fraud in this case in future and can he occupy both?

if the property is ancestral then a partition can be done. if it is self acquired then an agreement can be entered into or a suit can be filed or a mou can be executed. I will require more details to be able to advise you better. I will have to see the documents of the lands to ascertain the nature of land. thereafter a possible solution can be arrived at.

Agar apko divorce ke liye file karna hai toh ek writeup banake le aaiye jisme apki shaadi kab hui, kaha hui, kese hui, kese mille ek dusre se, shaadi mein kya kya kharche hue, apas mein kya dispute hai, kitne bache hain, kiske pass hain, bacho ki umar etc sab likha ho. Iske basis pe divorce ki petition tyaar ki ja sakti hai. Aana toh padega aapko tyaari karwane ke liye. Bina aae kaam nahi ho paega.

Q: Property partition issue between my uncle and grandmother.

This issue is related to my uncle and grandmother. My grandmother want 3 partition of her property. The first share of my uncle second share of our father( he passed away) and third share of her. But my uncle want 2 share partition of that property 1st one is his share and 2nd share of our father name.

Q: Husband not taking his responsibility’s and not telling his address

What should i do as my husband and in-laws are hiding my husband’s location from around 1n half years, neither they are giving the address and keeping me with him nor giving divorce.

you can approach a family court. you have 2 remedies. first is to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights which as the name suggests the court will order for your husband to love with you and discharge his responsibility as a husband. second is to file for divorce. you can contact me at my mobile number for better consultation and the way ahead.
