Q: Property partition issue between my uncle and grandmother.

This issue is related to my uncle and grandmother. My grandmother want 3 partition of her property. The first share of my uncle second share of our father( he passed away) and third share of her. But my uncle want 2 share partition of that property 1st one is his share and 2nd share of our father name.

Q: Husband not taking his responsibility’s and not telling his address

What should i do as my husband and in-laws are hiding my husband’s location from around 1n half years, neither they are giving the address and keeping me with him nor giving divorce.

you can approach a family court. you have 2 remedies. first is to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights which as the name suggests the court will order for your husband to love with you and discharge his responsibility as a husband. second is to file for divorce. you can contact me at my mobile number for better consultation and the way ahead.

Q: Do school uniform come under copyright act?

There is a school in near my shop. I started selling its school uniform without there permission. Can they prosecute me under copy right act because uniform has school's logo?

yes the school can take action against you. If you print the logo of the school on the uniforms then you can be dragged to court. if not specifically under copyright law then under other intellectual property law regime. you can contact me for further discussion on this.

Q: Sir if same thing is done by wife, what legal action husband

Recently I found on my wife phone that she is active on matrimonial site and she got a call and WhatsApp messages from a man and after I talk to that person , he told me that she told him that she was divorced women and looking for a man and also ask him to meet. What legal action I can take on this scenario?

Q: Got eviction order. 30 days time for tenant to evict, Next Step ?

There is a flat which was given on monthly lease of 900/- pm tenant living died in 2021 during covid. His son married with two kids settled having shop did not evict after notice so we filed case under bonafide need,he had bought ground floor 10 years ago. 1st floor has separate entry. Civil court finally passed order in our favor after 3 years. Please note he might appeal will it be accepted? What to do after 30 days time if he does not evict? He has no solid evidence & did'nt appeared in court

First of all file a caveat in the District Judge Court so that you get notified if the tenant files an appeal. Appeal will get admitted and you will have to pursue the appeal. If the tenant does not file an appeal then you file an execution without any delay.
