Q: Sooo Many Harrasment my Big Brother

My name is VISHAL , my Big brother is 100% Handycap , he is soo aggresive and Shouted person, Just because of her Behaviour, I lived in Noida , But when I visit my home on Weekend, My Brother Tried to Harm me and use sooo Vulgar language, please Help me for my Secure Future

Firstly try to understand the situation talk to elders of your house or family to keep the home environment friendly or cordial. If all such efforts fail then you canGo to the police and file report against the aggressor it should be definitely done if the aggressor is trying to harm you never wait for something worst to happen. Or you can go to the court and get protection from the court or a restraining order from the court against the aggressor.

Q: Remarrying to someone without legally divorce in India

My fiance got married on 6th march 2025 and separated on 27 march 2025. A mutual compromise agreement was signed between Him and his wife which states that they have agreed to live separately from each other and not to interfere in each others personal lives, affairs or matter henceforth. Therefore can I marry him now in India

You can marry but such marriage will not be a valid marriage as per Indian law, you can’t be legally wedded husband and wife, Its illegal in the eyes of law but not culpable as adultly in not an offence anymore. Only after judicial divorce a married person can remarry legally, in eyes of court the previous marriage is still valid. The above mentioned compromise can be ground for divorce from previous marriage nothing more in the eyes of law.
