Q: Legal remedy as summons received for cheque bounce case

I always hv am aigned and signed cheques in my bag. I just cm to knw one of my cheque was dishonoured .which i hv never issued.there is a conflict in my home...i doibt my in laws theft that cheques even now i cm to knw my bag is lost also...my husband collect notice and Summon Regarding cheque....what can i do

first of all you lodge your FIR in this regard and stop the payment in the bank. send the reply to that person that i have misplaced my cheque n you have misappropriate the cheque which i have never issued. if he ignore the notice given by you then you file the complaint u/sec 420 IPC & relative section against that person. this all thing will help you in future if he files a false case against you under 138 NI ACT



Q: Want to know gratuity and compensation for work where forced to resign

sir i m working as teacher in a private school for almost 20 Years but on 26 March 2018 Our school management told me that you don't need to come after 31because we going to shut this school. My salary is 8000pm total staff is almost 10 Persons students are approx 100 Sir they want me to resign they force me to resign and they don't give me any type of compensation and gratuity sir i want to know about my legal rights pls tell me sir i m in a big trouble

hiit is to inform you that no body can force you resign, if, any body do this you have legal remedy for the same. secondly as you completed the 20 year of services you are eligible for the gratuity as Payment of gratuity act. further u r also eligible for the compensation under ID act and u can file the claim before the Labour tribunal



Q: Grandfather not giving a share to father from ancestor property

my fathers grand father give property to his son ( my grand father ) legally .... my grandfather has 3 sons but he gives property to only 2 sons .... my father has not given any property .... do i have right in that property ?

No as this property was self acquired property of your grand father he can transfer to any body, as your grandfather has transfered property to his two son another third doesn't acquired any right so in this case you didn't have any right
