We a group of 5 people filed a financial fraud case against a person u/s 406/409/420 amounting to 1 cr.IO has now made an arrest and the accused is sent to police custody for 5 days. As per IO, accused made some illegal gains and is not cooperating in investigation.Can someone please share what will happen next since accused is not cooperating with police, Will accused now apply for bail or he doesn't need to?If he doesnt cooperate, can IO give him a clean chit without sufficient prrofs?

Need to get a family settlement deed registered. family settlement deed to promise to pay compensation/ gift self acquired property to son by parents to settle dispute forever. Can it be only notarized at a court or can it be registered at the sub registrar office?

Family settlement deed is mandatory required to be registered before the sub registrar Where the property is situated. Further stamp duty of 2% on the value of the property needs to be paid apart from lawyers professional fees for drafting vetting and execution of deed
