when main work is over and matter is decreed you just require to ask for certified copy of judgment and decree decided by the Hon'ble Court, make 2-3 notarized copy of the same as it will require in future. that copy you submit to birth and death Registration office along with application mentioning that I am attaching herewith decree /order of the Hon'ble Court and and it may take on record and necessary changed may be done in records.
