Q: Neighbor constructed a room over the property without permission

Our neighbours has constructed a room with a watertank pole in my property in our absence at home for about a month. The work is not fully completed yet.We raised an complaint with the municipality but no relief yet. How can I stop the work which is carried out on Saturday's and Sunday's when the municipality is closed?

You ask the municipality to issue stop work notice to your neighbour at the earliest. If they are not issueing, it is better u file a civil suit for temporary, mandetary and permenent injunction againdt your neighbour and it will better for u in the suit u rely upon the private surveyor report and photographs. U will bet relief from the court.

If u want to purchase a property in Goa, any lawyer u appoint first of all the title of the property has to be verified properly so that u purchasd a property with a clear title. Q: Does notice go home in court marriage verification

For court marriage does any letter go home incase family is not accepting the match?? When pinned at the notice board is the photograph attached also incase there is rejection from one side?

Normally no notices are sent at the residence of the parties. Also no photographs are pasted on the notice board even if it is rejected. And the marriage registration are done at the civil registrar and only urgent marriage and foreign marriage are done in court

Q: would it be safe to sign a sale deed prior to registration

Hello, I am selling my flat and the buyer is insisting that the signing of the sale deed draft be done a day prior to the registration inorder to save time. 50% payment is from bank and 50% is from the customer on day of registration. My query is, would it be safe to sign the draft the day prior to registration or any risk involved? Thanks in advance and God bless.

Paper work can be done a day before the registration and that is what normaly we do, however if u dont have faith on the buyer and u anticipate some fishi things which u will bw the best person to experience, in that case u ask the buyer that u will sign the papers in the registration office only on the day of registration.
