Q: Fraudulence by Job Consultancy

For a job opportunity I was asked to pay 2 lakh for a registered HR Services Consultancy with a bond and as they couldn’t provide me any job(Not even a single interview was scheduled) for 4 months so I ask them to stop the process and Initiate for the refund. They said it will take 35 to 45 days to process the refund from the day I said to stop the process. Now they are not returning the amount. how to recover my money back. How to file complaint against Job Consultancy to get back my money??

Dear Lawyers/Advisors, we bought the property in 1997, in the property document, they shown the road, but when we get the new Patta from the Chennai corporation, we came to know there is no any road for our land and they previous owner shown the Pond land as road in the layout, However we got the CMDA approval for our plot. as per the CMDA norms they should provide the regular amenities like road facility with 6.10 M road. need support whom should i contact to get this CMDA data into revenue dep

hi, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, firstly file a written complaint to the CMDA town planning section, requesting them to forward the approved layout mam and road dimensions to the concerned revenue department, tahasildar, request re survey, file a petition before CMDA grievance redressal cell if there is no response, file an RTI before CMDA and REVENUE DEPARTMENT asking why the road has not been reflected in the patta, thank you

Q: Theft happened in brother in law house

False accusations the theft happened in his brother house and investigation on my husband because he have debt .......He have the intention to clear the debt so he may grabbed the jewellery.Police saying examining all the family person finger print.your finger print is all over the crime place.and pressuring us to submit the Bank statements...,aadhar card and undertaking That he should give cooperation for the investigation.There are 5 siblings totall...police trying to cook up the case.
