Took loan lender harassing to pay double interest

Hi sir, I hv taken loan 2 yrs ago on 15% & I hv submitted a blank cheque to him.. Now he is harassing me to pay double intrst .. I lost my cheque at home so that I did online for same day & after few days I found at home my cheque . I was needy dat time so I hv given same cheque to him... What should I do ??? If I want to police help in this case or save my self from him... Please advice
The lender can recover the amount at the interest rate that was agreed at the time of granting loan. He can recover the amount by filing a recovery case. The lender cannot harass or threaten you to recover the extra amount. If any such means is used by the lender then you can file a police complaint regarding the same.
