Payment stopped by snapdeal for fraud done by their buyers

Dear Sir, We are sellers on snapdeal in which we have shipped brand new sealed products but because of the fraud done by buyers they have shipped us empty boxes in return for an actual iphone we have shipped this is a clearly against their policy they have cheated us because of the frauds done by their customers. Kindly suggest us as we have cctv footage of each and every product we have shipped . also the return parcel details we have.

You need to send them a legal notice regarding the fraud committed by them. You need to clarify each and everything with them and clarify everything so that things go back to normal in case still they don't agree you may file a case against them as u have requisite proof to show that you were correct
