I am lending money to my friend against his house, I need to know all legal prospective.
Get the agreement in writing by affizing proper stamp duty . In case your friend does not return money you may file a civil suit for getting your money back and remember one thing it's better to give money from account to account . It will be easy for you to prove the factum of loan in case your friend commits default.
