I'm a foreigner student I want to recover my college fees

I'm a foreigner student I paid the college fees my course will start at July but after think I change I want to go back to my Country !! It's possible for me to recover my money ?

It is unfortunate that you have paid the fees and then are thinking to go back to u r country. You must first see the terms and conditions of the payment of the fees, if it says it is nonrefundable then you must go to consumer forum then file a deficiency of services and unfair trade practices case and seek for compensation and mental agony in the case. You should get back your money then.
