I have sold my household items to one PG owner when i was shifting from Chennai. I don't have any receipt for the same and from last 1 year She is not giving the money back. I have recording of conversation while i am calling her for my money. Is it possible to file any case against her with the recording as a proof. kindly suggest..

If you signed an agreement then the agreement forms the basis of your legal contract with the buyer and based on the terms mentioned in the agreement, you must send the buyer a legal notice for making the payment.

If the buyer fails to make the payment after receiving the legal notice, you must file a recovery suit in the concerned civil court.

If there is no contract signed between you and the client, as such by using sufficient documents to prove that the person bought goods from you then you can recover the amount through the process mentioned above.
