How to get money invested in MLM company

My ex colleague n friend guided me to invest 6 lakh in Qnet company based in Malaysia. I was not aware completely about the working module of the company. But later I found it is money laundering as MLM - network marketing function.Hence I reapetedly asking my above money to return but almost 1 year had gone but till now I didn't get back. Can I get back my hard earned money from my friend / Qnet company.
Do you have any proof that you have paid them the money. it is difficult to recover the money as the company you want to recover money is a foreign based company. is your friend involved in it who asked you to invest the money. if you have any proof regarding that you can file a complaint against the company and your friend
