How can I recover investment amount and profit

Sir, i, aged 62 yrs, middle class, worked in very small pvt. firms, invested 1 lac on 26.12.13 seeing an Ad"for 1 lac investment I pay 5000/- p.m. as profit". He gave an agreement on Rs.100 stamp paper, a cheque for 1 lac dt. 24.12.14 He paid monthly 5000/- in 2014{total 56,000).. Believing him I invested another one lac on 24.12.14. He gave an agreement on Rs.100 stamp paper, a cheque for 1 lac dt. 24.12.14. From January,2015 till now they did not pay monthly. After several requests(like a beggar) paid Rs.86,000/- Now he is saying "how can i pay if I have no money?" kindly advice me

As per your query, you can send a legal notice to the person to whom you gave money and ask him to pay off the pending dues. If the person still doesn’t pay then you can keep all the documents given by him as proof and file a recovery suit against him.
