Household goods were kept by a movers and packers company

I am a kidney patient and in my family my mother and i stayed in delhi in rented room in inderpuri for dialysis.after some circumstances we decide to move to kanpur.we call to just dial and found a number of a packers and movers. They come to my room and taken away my all household goods which valued about 3-4 lac i send 12000 in account of mr rajesh kumar as transortation charge now i am in kanpur and on dialysis by which i am not comfrtable to stay long time in delhi or search about that company . what should i do?
Dear client u have to send legal notice through lawyer to company for delivery of goods. If company will not deliver goods after serving notice then have to file case in consumer court. For any legal help call me

If they wrongly confiscated your goods and are in illegal custody of that co., You should file a fir against the concerned co. However, before you do that you may send a legal notice to them and may be this will work.
