Friend pledged my car what should do in such case EMI 's are left

a known person took a car to use for a week, he never returned back. When we ask him he only ask for time, with know sources, i got to know that he has pledged my car to someone. i have the car original documents and i have stopped paying car loan for morethan 6 months. 1. what can be done to get my car back legally. 2. can i file a missing car complain in police station or should i complain about this person to police.
You can file a complaint in the police about the car the not being returned to you so that your is not used in an authorized manner because you being the owner of car, you would be held liable for any misuse of the car.
