Want to file a criminal and money suit against a person who have lended lot of money from us and also took credit card defaulters with banks. Please give an idea how much would it cost to file a money suit in court. Then we shall go ahead
If you have any proof of transaction regarding the lending of money or any contract/agreement for the same, you can send him a legal notice demanding the repayment of the same, after that you can file a civil recovery suit for the same in jurisdictional civil court.
