Can i sell my fraud agents property to recover my money.

A abroad placement agent fraud me and i recenty i find his flat and i want sell his flat to recover my money can i do this and how please tell me.thanking you.
No, you cannot sell his property as you have no authority to do so. And if you do so you may land yourself in trouble. Secondly you may file a Police Complaint as well as a suit for recovery of money against the person.
