Hello, I have perused your query. In such circumstances you have an option of launching inventory proceedings in the court of competent jurisdiction whereby you can ask the court to appoint a HOF (head of family) and further seek division of shares among the legal heirs of your deceased father. The proceedings in this respect will be governed by the Goa Sucsession Law.

For any further information feel free to reach out to me.
