Property transferred and registered in my name can anyone object

17-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)

Respected sir, We are 4 sisters and 1 brother. All 3 sisters signed in NOC and donated the paternal property in my (only brother) name. Property is now transferred and registered in my name. 1 sister who expired few years after her marriage (have 2 son) was not included in the list and 1 son is threatening for a land dispute case. Q1) can he really do something legally? Q2) if yes, what will be my standout?

More details are needed to properly answer this question. For instance, when did your parents die? When did the property get transferred? Was the transfer done via a registered gift deed? Unless these details are known, it is not easily answerable as to whether your nephew can raise a valid dispute to your title to the property.
On the face of it, it looks like your nephew does have a valid dispute to your title to the property. There could be a tough legal battle fought if he does file a case against you.
