Met with an accident we were drunk what are the consequences

Sir pls help us . On of my Frnd driving car i10 Nd we were 6 people Nd were drunk. While turning came Nd in front of us a truck came Nd the road was single lane . So the driver took a car slight away to not to happen accident Nd the car wheel went to one side down to street Nd car was upside down . That truck driver escape Nd we got hurt. One of mine friend got serious injuries he is in coma. Nd if he dies than what could happen to us. Driver was driving car Nd we were sitting back . All were drunk little. It was happen by mistake. Could anything be happen to people sitting in car backside?
