How can license be recovered if missed the first court hearing?

Sir on 10 June I caught in Mumbai in drink and drive case. On spot I surrender my license and paid 2050 rs fine . After that they told me come to court on 12 th June and take your license. And go with your vehicle. But due to some reason I didn't went court. Then what can I do now to take my license.
