Harassment by Delhi police by non filing of charge sheet.

We have a case of accident of April 2014 . The police has put act of 337 and 279. Now they are harassing us and not filing chargesheet. Is there any way we can file a case on Delhi police for harrasment.Please guide us
You can file a writ petition against thereby seeking directions from the court that till the charge sheet is not filed the police authority they cannot harass you.
Further you can also seek direction they they should file a chargesheet at the earliest.
