Sir I met with an accident when I was driving my car and the victim is riding a motor bike.i m going correctly but he got hit by my cars mirror.he fell down and I caught by highway patrol on the accident spot.he lodged an fir against me..now am I eligible for all government jobs? How long does fir holds my name
