Got transferred without giving any reason wife working in other city

I & my wife are working in Central Govt (BSF) & joint at kolkata in 2016. Resently I have been transfered to krishnanagar without mentioning any reason (actually due to an altercation with my boss) before completion of normal tenure ie;4 yrs at kolkata. I have represented against the illegal transfer on 4. 8. 2017 to higher auth but no reply recd till. (My representation actually closed/filed) What actio has to be taken at this stage.
