Employers is not interested in Full and Final Settlement

16-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I break a 2 year service bond with 3 months notice period. After 7 months of leaving now I want full and final settlement from employer, offering him 1 lakh rupees as compensation but he is not interested for full and final settlement. I break the bond because no increment provided after one year of service, bad working culture, poor environment and no motivation, no growth opportunity, bad health, poor financial condition. Employer's lawyer call me and threatened me to get arrested me for defaming the company by posting google review of my situation. He said you are defaming company and asking for 2 lakh rupees within 7 days. Negotiation is my first priority with 1 lakh rupees, second choice is to take some legal action against the Employer. Their reputation is already very bad and already there are more than 350 cases registered against them in courts. Need legal advice regarding what should I do?

You can definitely approach the proper forum/court for redressal of your grievances against your employer. In case you want to take legal action against the company, then you should send me the Complete details pertaining to your appointment, the terms of appointment as well as any further correspondence between you and the company after your resignation.
