If guy seduce and sex with women(girl aged 21) what will the punishment in the law?
You should immediately register a FIR under section 375 of Indian Penal Code, in the nearest police station setting the criminal law in motion. Also, you will not have to worry about the disclosure of your name as section 228-A of Indian Penal Code, No person can disclose the name of the rape victim and if anybody discloses the name, he shall be punished with either description for a term which may extend to two years and shall also be liable for fine.
