Suppose a person is convicted for life imprisonment for one criminal case and they are 2 more criminal cases in some other states of India in which the trial is going on is that person is eligible to file parole or furlough?
No, the person cannot be granted parole or furlough as he is a danger to the society and may commit another crime after getting out. Rest you can refer to the Parole/ Furlough Guidelines 2010 - Delhi which states the exact scenario of the procedure.
