Defreeze of bank accounts

Hello sir,I have booked under section 381 crpc in this my bank accounts been freeze by police without filling any FIR can I move to consumer court against bank for freezing account without any prior notice r court will decided police have not yet filled any chargesheet against me I m out on bail 5 months ago

If the bank has freezed your account based on written instructions of police without an FIR, then you have to move the High Court against the police. If the bank has freezed your account on oral instructions of police, you can approach bank ombudsman or file a police complaint against the bank. You can also move an application before the jurisdictional court for lifting of freeze
