Can chargesheet be filed after 6 months of bail

i have 2 criminal case for extortion and of IT act i got bail but its been 6 months chargesheet is not yet filed for both the cases. let me know when the chargesheet is filled How much time it takes to file chargesheet. Is there any possibility that chargesheet will not file after getting bail. let me know the next step.

the time limit prescribed is 60 days for offences punishable with 10 years / less and 90 days in other cases as per sec 167(2) of crpc. 2) if police fail to submit charge sheet with in the this time limit,accused is entitled to bail as a matter of right , from the magistrate court itself, even in sessions cases. A chargesheet can also be file after granting bail to the accused.
