Attempt to rape and murder by entering into the house

3 men entered and tried to rape and murder my mother entering in my house on finding her lonely .More than 40 days have been passed no one has been arrested till.Police is giving full patronage to them.Police didn't even imposed ipc sections 380,354 b,354,509,504,394,356 knowingly though it is written in F.I.R clearly that they have entered in our house and there are witnesses and injury report also. They are threatening witnesses and us continuously.We are in constant threat to life .So ,how can i make them arrested soon ? and what is the procedure to impose left IPC sections ??
U may lodge a complaint to higher police authority. U may also file a petition in the court narrating the facts and also pray for change of IO of the case. U have also option to move to high court for relief.
