the case is of 2003 (kishore arora v/s harvider singh & others) as there was agremnt to sale which was forcefully made it sign by my father with undueinfluence n coercion invoveled due to which my father went into depresion bcoz of it. & the sale price was also negligible as compared to M.P. in 2006 my tauji LATE.ANANT ARORA filled case on H.S and he was nly looking case uptill now.bt unfourtunately aftr his death our case is still been pending as we are not in a position to hire a lawyer of our own. & no govt lawyer hs been appointed by the court sience 1 year..order 9 rule13 is on by H.C
