Threatening to pay back money which i have not taken what can I do

I am director of company but was not involved in any financial transactions.and was on job for last 4 years.the company was operated by other director. with an investor he revived the company.My only role was to setup company and bring work which i did now they are saying to pay me back huge money.i am shocked i was told initially that i donot have to worry about money.COmpany is Private limited (pvt ltd). i am confused and scared as they are threatening me.

R u on roll of company or on contract basis?
What is ur qualification or package given by company?
Who is other director who operate the company?
Whether u have taken money in cash or kind from them?
For what purpose money was given to you?
If u share details of fact then i can guide you properly.

For detailed consultation, we require details regarding why are they asking you to pay such huge amount of money and for what purpose.

However, since the company and its Director are separate entities, the Director has no personal liability on behalf of the company and shall be liable as per the circumstances such as in case of any debt if fraud on part of the Director is proved or for fraudulant conduct of business or for such other case as specified.
