Hi,

Thank you for your query.

There are two methods by which you can close a company namely
A) Fast Exit Mode
B) Winding-up

Please note that we need to understand the current status of your company to guide you on the best possible route.

Thanks

The remedy is to file a petition for voluntary winding up before the high court of the state where the registered office of the company is situated. Please feel free to contact me for understanding the detailed procedure.

To be honest if you don't have money with yourself then visit the Ministry of Corporate Affairs office on your own, learn the required procedure and finish up the task. Or else get in touch with someone (advocate) who may assist you provided he is being paid for his services.

File a petition for winding up of company under Section 433 and 434 of the Companies Act, 1956 in the High court of the city/state where the company was registered. It is very unfortunate that after all the hard work, efforts and time, you are forced to close it down even before you could commence business.
