Partner moved entire factory without my knowledge, also removed me

I have started a partnership manufacturing business of readymade garments and have a partnership Trade licence and agreement, and the factory was at my home, but after a few month when i was out of station he moved the entire factory to another place and now he is saying that i am not the partner and he is the owner of the business. What can i do plz help me
