Query: sir i want to start a lottery business ,So this is legal or illegal, If this is Legal, So what is the process to start the business.
it is illegal. State governments such asf Kerela, Punjab, Goa and Sikkim, run their own lottery departments and conduct lucky draws daily or weekly. Apart from them lottery is illegal everywhere else including online lotteries. Leaving aside playwin I am not aware of any private parties running lotteries. Like for example in Kerela the lotteries are run by the Kerela State Lotteries Department under Kerela Government.
