legality of resignation without paying the amount signing the bond

Is bonded labour is legal in India. If the employee who signs for the bond to the company, want to quit without completing his tenure can get out of the company without paying the amount?

see the nature of bonded labour is different from contract employment bonded labour is governed by some norms that to give some specific times for sleep and rest and to pay basic and fair wages as per the norms of the government as amended from time to time and employment which you telling is contract employment and which you shall be liable civil case for breaking contract
