Is Bonus Act covered under CTC structure

Hi, can you please help me to know that can employees get the benefit of the Bonus Act, if they are covered under CTC Structure.
No it is not considered in CTC system.
What is the your terms of appointment given by your employer .?
All thing depend up on this thing only.

CTC is corporate structure and contractually bifurcate the cost of the company. Literally it means each and every cost that company is contractually or legally required to incur because you being in employment. Legal rights cannot be compromised with contract due to contracting out principle hence bonus has to be paid as per the bonus act irrespective of your whatever contractual arrangement is there between employer and employee.
