How to sue for unfair practices in employment opportunity

28-May-2023 (In Corporate Law)
I went for an interview today. The HR guy after taking my first round asked me to read about something and told me he will call me after half an hour and ask me questions on the same. I read and waited for over 30 mins. Then this guy who was mediating told me I'm not selected. My second round never took place. So, can I sue them for this? Do I have a case? P.S. there was nobody else in the room when he asked me to read about the stuff. I just told a few people after coming out of the room about the reading material. But I don't have any other solid proof.

These sort of incident keeps on happening in the employment sector. The HR department of employer keeps on finding ways to reject you for one or the other reason. If you don't have any proof in respect to their interview/job selection process then it is extremely difficult to make out a case.
I will suggest you to keep note of this incident on your diary and to move on with the another opportunity.
