Can share be transferred further after it has been transferred to one

once a ltd company transferred share in your name after verification/confirmation with share holder these shares given against old dues and service charges share transferred old document taken by shareholder then send a letter to company share not sold by him can company stop further transfer or dmat?
It will be proper if you take paid consultancy to compensate the lawyer's stock-in-trade required to advise you. The fact you had mentioned it is not practically possible to give legal solution to ur problem.
