I want to open a themed cafe will it amount to copyright infringement

Hi, I want to open a themed cafe based on american TV Show, friends. The cafe will be resembling the cafe shown in the Tv show, popularized as Central Perk.
Dear Friend, you have nice idea and there is no question of Trademark of name 'Central Perk' since there is no such place registered in India as far as I know. And you have added benefit of getting it registered before anybody else does in India. P.S.- Do invite Lawrato Team in your opening.
