Do i need permission from authors of books i used to make my software

i just completed my graduation and want to do business..I have developed one educational software using some books..I just referred these books and i have made my own software...should my software needs copyright permission from book's author ?

If your software is based on some other persons work you need his permission to market it. If you used it as an learning tool for yourself and if the software and the concept is your own creation you dont need any permission of the author of the book. You need to consider it before yoy market your projects.

Hi. Simply refering multiple books to create a software does not make you liable for infrigement.

You do not need any formal permission for your use of the software. The copyright in and to the software shall belong with you.
