Dear client , it's really good to know that you have come up with this interesting concept of earn while you play a game . However please be mindful that many sepheres are attached in launching or get approval of publishing such a game in the market . Such as anti money laundering, RBI regulations , FERA, copy right protection not invading your or any other already existing vendor in the market, brand protection of the game . I would personally advise to do proper research and get all approvals and licenses before bringing it into the public domain .

Existing laws do not enable original game inventors/sellers to prevent others from adopting the rules of the original game. However, a carefully designed intellectual property protection strategy i.e mix of copyright,trademarks,designs and patents can protect various aspects of a gaming business such as characters and name and other things and these can dilute the appeal(favorate characters,names and figures etc) of a counterfeit game to gamers, thereby giving original game creators a competitive edge in the market.Whole case needs to be studied in detail to be able to give a comprehensive protection advice.
