Yatra.com refusing to compensate flight delay due to fog. What to do?

Due to poor weather condition the initial flight got delated, due to this missed the connecting flight and tour got reduced by one day and further onward and return flight to be booked by us. Yatra is refusing to compensate the onward flight cost and reduction on tour duration. Pl. help, consumer court can help in getting comperation.
Please check the terms and conditions from yatra, there must be any clause. Read it, analyse then think of going to consumer Forum. After that consult any advocate for proper legal advice, if there is any provision where refund can be taken or compensation can be claimed that can be done. First of all go through the terms and conditions of yatra.
